Wild and crazy spring break action

Hey,
I am finally in civilization with broadband internet access.
I don’t know if anyone has been trying to contact me. For the past few days, I stayed in a tiny cottage in beautiful LaPush, Wash. I am bruised, scraped and have a deep wound on my right hand, but I am in good spirits. I was far away from any type of phone or internet access, so it was kind of nice to be cut off from the modern world. And I left my cell phone charger in Seattle, so I’ll be out of touch until tomorrow. A couple of my roommates and I stayed in a tiny cabin on the beach, that kind of smelled like urine, but was right on an amazing beach.
I don’t have a camera, so I’ll post pics when my roommates upload them.
Read on for an announcement.
This morning, I accepted an offer to be a summer reporting intern at The News Tribune in Tacoma. I will start in mid-June and stay for about 10 weeks reporting on whatever they want me to do. I am excited, but if anyone knows anyone who needs a roommate for a few months this summer in the Tacoma area, please let me know.

Good work, Brian! That’s awesome, now you just need to graduate.

[...] An Irish cover band hit the Blue Spark in downtown Spokane on Saturday. I was lucky enough to run into Brian for a couple drinks while he told me about his new job. [...]
